some usefeul information here: https://warsawtour.pl/en/getting-around-warsaw/
The best way of mooving aroud is by foot, public transport or by bike…
Ticket for public transport is valid for the busses, trams, metro and suburban trains (remember to buy one and validate it at the station or on board!). There are 24/72 hrs or weekend tickets (most convenient). You CAN NOT buy the ticket from the driver but there are automatic ticket machines at almost all stops and in the trams and busses.
We recommend app jakdojade.pl in order to search for public transport and move between various sites in town. Do not rely on Google maps for transport routes as it is not up to date.
There are city bikes – cheap and convenient You need to register and pay in advance.
Parking on the streets of Warszawa is free from Friday 6 pm until Monday 8 am Except for some designated parkings in the city center. Like one around the Palace of Culture and Science in the very city center. You need to take the parking ticket and pay at the automatic parking cachier for the time parked.
